What does the SmartPlate offer?
The SmartPlate has three digital cameras and image recognition technology that finds out what is there on the plate. The data is then transmitted along with the weight to a relevant Android or iOS app. The SmartPlate is enabled with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and can control the calories you consume.
The SmartPlate can distinguish between white bread and whole grain bread among other details. It can measure the weight of the food item placed on the plate as the app populates the approximate weight, the calories, carbs and other details of that item.
